Overview
AcademyHealth’s innovation and collaboration activities aim to drive change in systems and policies, organizational culture, and individuals.
In order to promote scientific innovation and enhance the impact of health services research (HSR), it is necessary to broaden our perspectives about who leads and participates in the research enterprise and to actively strengthen the representation of an expanded array of perspectives.
The Resource Hub is a searchable repository of tools, templates, literature, and other materials used in or emerging from AcademyHealth’s ongoing innovation and collaboration work, notably from the Paradigm Project funded by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation between 2018-2021.
Consistent with recommendations from the Paradigm Project community, AcademyHealth has curated an initial set of resources to highlight successful innovations, best practices, and proven methods for changing organizational culture to enhance scientific innovation and collaboration.
